Team German Master Roofer Ltd.

I had an 'opportunity' to work with the German 'master' roofer... His name is Stefan. Well let me tell you, one of the most horrible experience in my life. I already had a partial time job the first time we met. I worked for him one day and he was very satisfied with my skills and ability to learn. So he started to talk to me about full time for him etc. Ask me to quit my other job because he don't want me to be hurt and or tired. Promise me a good wage etc.. And then we agreed to go forward and talk on Saturday. So which I did , I gave notice to my part time job. Had an agreement me and Stefan, we were supposed to talk on Saturday like I said about the week schedules , and then start working full time with him... He never respond to me all week end and then finally succeed to reach him on Sunday evening ... The only thing I got is , I dont answer the week end I will text you Monday. Which is rude because we had agreed to talk on Saturday I mean .... Lately Monday I am ask to work on Wednesday . Which I do , I am on the job earlier before him. The problem , there is no shingles and the owner of the house is pissed because the German master is at his sixth week on a 4000 sq feet roof. The owner is more than frustrated. This day I was sent back home. No work , no shingles what can you do. Then on Friday when we finally receive the shingles, I was earlier than him on the job so when he arrived , I am a pro active worker , I open the gate of the truck because there's 2 pallets of shingles inside and then I ask him if he wants me inside of the truck to unload or on the ground .. He responded to me in the rudest way : (And he is German the accent etc) No nobody in the trunk , you take the shingles from the ground alone so am i... I am trying to make him see that it is not safe to lift 35-50 pounds (2 pallets) arms extended and raised , I mean what a stupid way to work, how to become invalid for a couple days and have your lower back destroyed. So then he is getting super mad at me and then said , I will do it alone go away. How I felt..... I just quit , I mean what a jerk ! Now he has giving me an improper check for one day, that I can't change and he dont want to pay me the 2 days he ask me to work and then well its all up there . Don't answer my text neither my phone. Seriously dont ever ever make businesses with this man. Not only he is an horrible person but also he is not good at all at what he do. And if you want to see a dead corpse in your yard call the German master roofer , nobody harness himself there !
