Excellent gym! Very clean, good machines, good social distancing measures. Lori & staff are helpful & supportive of all their members personal physical strengths & weaknesses & always ready to assist.

I always enjoy my time at Better Life Fitness. The gym is well organized and kept very clean. Especially during this pandemic, I am glad to see that the facility is taking sanitation very seriously, and I feel very comfortable going there for a workout.

By far the cleanest gym I have ever been to. Great prices too. The free weight area is perfect and there’s lots of machines. Before covid the gym was always being passively cleaned throughout the day and now, in the times of covid, passive cleaning has become even more common place. On top of this, there are lots of counter-infection policies that the gym has put in place and people seem to be following them. I've been wearing a mask everywhere and I feel fine not wearing one here. Worth mentioning is that the preventative measures don't cause anymore than the smallest amount of workout inconvenience. Overall great place.

I'm happy to have found a local gym where I can lift and exercise after months off. I felt safe using the equipment as the covid guidelines were laid out and being followed. Best of all, staff was welcoming and friendly!
