When I had moved here from the coast a few years ago I was really nervous as I was leaving behind a Spa I had been familiar with for so long, however from day one of entering North Okanagan they had made me feel like I had been a client with them forever. From the moment you enter the doors the staff are so welcoming, friendly and within just a few visits really do build a relationship with you. The services I have received have been Top Shelf always and the attention to detail I love and appreciate. So now instead of missing an old spa I say, Old Spa who? Keep up the great work all of you and keep being the little Gem of Vernon.
