Check in online says 178 min wait. Go down when it says 9 min left. Get to the store and don’t show checked in. They say they have been waiting all day and I have fallen off the list. I say the app was supposed to text me, it didn’t. I came in when it said time. They can see I was on the list but don’t bother to try to accommodate me. Been going here for years. Get some good cuts and bad. It’s the way it goes. Won’t be going back.

I was a regular customer of this location but when I take my 7 months old daughter for hair cut they refused because she was not wearing the face mask and that lady was rude too... Never going back to this location again.

Had an important date coming up and let’s just say that date has now been pushed back. Said a little off the top and I got more than half the length off. Unable to style my hair until it grows back and am left looking like rat. Been a customer for 5 years and have been satisfied with 4 out of many haircuts. Switching to a barber shop now. Done being embarrassed.

I just wanted the sides and back trimmed up and said to leave the top and ended up with some pretty janked bangs for some reason. Really frustrated and disappointed this time honestly.

First time here. Got the perfect cut..
