Very unprofessional and careless staff. My husband and I won a door prize from castanet for a month membership per person. Since we both wanted to take advantage of this gift, they agreed to two weeks for both of us. So we got a access card (24/7 gym) to join this gym. After a week passed we couldn’t get in. They called us wanting to talk with us. We’re driving from the other side of town in this winter weather just to talk with you???? About what??? Two weeks are two weeks. If you cannot keep your promise you should not hand out gift certificates for memberships. Also working out in this gym means you’re all on your own. Negative atmosphere - owner/instructor making comments about non-preferred members. Not impressed at all. If you want new members you have to improve a lot. We’ll not recommend you to our family and friends.

Way to expensive for nothing good

This gym is absolutely the best in town. They have the most helpful and amazing staff. The members that attend are awesome. Feel very comfortable and great environment to work out at. Would recommend this gym over all the others.

Great atmosphere and friendly/helpful staff. A lot of seniors with little to no gym ethic. 4am-6am is prime grind time!

Snap Fitness is the perfect gym, for me. The staff are friendly and helpful (Matt & Joel). The equipment is up-to-date, clean with the addition of new pieces of equipment . I have been attending Snap Fitness since 2011 and will continue to do so. I highly recommend this gym.
