A beautiful studio with all gear supplied- no need to lug your own mat, pillows, bolsters, strap, etc. A large variety of classes are offered with some very innovative pairings (Yin & Yogassage anyone?!) The atmosphere is welcoming, non-competitive and supportive. A place to truly grow :-)

What a yoga studio should be, non judgemental, caring and very peaceful atmosphere. I always feel SO at peace after leaving there. A treat in my week 🙂

This studio has so much to offer! I am impressed more and more after each visit. Their hard work and dedication certainly does not go unnoticed. The wonderful staff make you feel right at home. The atmosphere is beyond tranquil, and the variety they offer truly shows how committed they are to providing a positive experience for everyone. Words can’t express how thankful I am for my favourite instructor, Caitlin. She is the real deal! Knowledgeable, creative, caring, and genuinely invested in creating the perfect session each and every time she teaches! 5 stars for Caitlin!

Great place that offers classes for all different levels, days and times. Their schedule can be found on their website. I found them friendly and welcoming which helped since I was a beginner. They provide all the necessary equipment. It is $10 for drop in or you can buy passes or packages. If you are wanting to get into yoga this is a great place to start and continue. If you are driving, best place to park is behind in the paid lot.
