The spirit in this studio is something you just don’t find anywhere else. You can tell that the owner and instructors put all their LOVE into this place... it is an absolute treasure!!

If your looking for a fun alternative to the normal dragging yourself to the gym and hating it, come to Soul Studio. Every trainer at Soul Studio is amazing, I can not say it enough. I love this place. Sereena and her team are the best in the business (they do the work out too). They walk you through it step by step so your not lost. So many different workouts that can be modified for everyone. I have never felt so comfortable anywhere else. The best part is there are so many classes a week. I always struggle with fitness and here at Soul Studio it makes me want to come and work out. This is the place to be. Definitely give this a try you won't regret it.
