This studio is a whole other (incredible!!) world... if you want to have fun while working out and you want to build beautiful friendships, Soul Studio is the place for you! The spirit in this studio is something you just don’t find anywhere else. You can tell that the owner and instructors put all their LOVE into this place... it is an absolute treasure!!

If your looking for a fun alternative to the normal dragging yourself to the gym and hating it, come to Soul Studio. Every trainer at Soul Studio is amazing, I can not say it enough. I love this place. Sereena and her team are the best in the business (they do the work out too). They walk you through it step by step so your not lost. So many different workouts that can be modified for everyone. I have never felt so comfortable anywhere else. The best part is there are so many classes a week. I always struggle with fitness and here at Soul Studio it makes me want to come and work out. This is the place to be. Definitely give this a try you won't regret it.

Sareena and her team are absolutely top notch at Soul. They strive for greatness and create the most magic within every fitness class they teach. From your greeting at the front door to class and beyond they have you well taken care of! Sareena is in this fitness industry for all the right reasons...she loves on everyone and we all love her right back!! 💕💕
