These folks did a nice job moving our piano, but I was quoted $225 an hour for 4 guys to move it. They were professional and the piano was moved (2 streets up - about a 60-second drive from where it was located), all of which took just over an hour (1 hour and 15 minutes) from start to finish. I was charged $450, plus tax, for a total of just over $470 for 1 hour and 15 minutes worth of work. I have phoned to speak to the person I booked through (3 times I have called, being assured I will be called back), and have heard nothing in 3 weeks. All I wanted was an explanation, but 3 phone calls is my time-wasting limit. Way too expensive, and no service after the fact. Would not use again (2 stars because they did move the piano in one piece). I will update this post if anything changes.

Cidel is an excellent moving company . They recently moved us from Lake Country to Alberta. Jan gave us quick service on receiving our quote, which was right on and Jim our furniture delivery driver was excellent in packing and unpacking our load. Thank you for your excellent service!
