Vernon Veterinary has very caring staff and Dr's. My dog just went through surgery and has ongoing issues and the Dr. Is extremely patient with explaining what is going on and what is needed next. I have the utmost trust in him. I really recommend this clinic!

We love Dr. Frayn. She's been so wonderful with our exotics (rabbits, gerbils) as well as our cat. We do a lot of rescue and fostering and she's been excellent with all of them, no matter what condition they're in. The clinic has been really professional and accommodating during COVID and wait times for appointments have never been excessive. The clinic pricing is very fair compared to some others and they've always gone way above to help us out.

Vernon veterinary clinic is amazing, I had very sick kittens that needed more care than I could give them, they took the mom and the kittens to place them with a foster, and handled things with the humane society, I was scared and didn't know what to do, they took care of everything, all I had to do was drop them off, I wish I would have done that a day earlier as I had lost 1 kitten, thank you for all your help, and care, they went above and beyond, they really are patient first. Although I wasn't able to find out how the kittens were doing after, I am confident in their ability to help the kittens.

Great staff and always very caring. They don’t do payment plans under any circumstances which is extremely unfortunate especially for the animals. My hometown vet would always treat animal first and would work out a plan with you if you couldn’t afford it. But over all the prices are okay and the staff is very friendly.

We took our cat in to see Dr. Will because he was vomiting. After numerous procedures; blood work and x-rays he could not figure out what was wrong with our cat. Our bill was over $700.00 with no resolution. A month later our cat puked up an 8" live roundworm!! You would think that this Dr. would have realized that could have been our cats problem especially since his symptoms were exactly the same as having worms. If he would have looked at his records he should have seen that our cat needed to be de-wormed since it had been a year since his last de-worming pill. It caused our cat unnecessary pain and suffering as well as an unnecessary outrageous bill. We have taken our pets to Vernon Vet Clinic since 1991 and will no longer be using them.
