Extremely expensive auto service and they did not even do what I asked for! I simply asked to change the oil of my vehiche and swap the front tires with the back tires, and they just changed the oil with a price tag that is nearly twice anywhere else! Their mechnic decided (on my behalf!) it wasn't worth rotating the tires! Kind of a monopoly in Ucluelet as nowhere else to go...

Fixed our flat tire with kindness. Will always be grateful. Highly recommended.

Terrible customer service. They close at 10pm, we pulled up at 9:58 and started pumping gas (pay at pump). The guy turned the pump off while we were in the middle of pumping gas, then refused to talk to us or let us finish filling the tank. He just shook his head "no" and walked away.
