Kara's space is amazing; the Studio has everything you could want to engage in: yoga, boxing, TRX, ect... The energy there is super welcoming and positive/ the staff are always engaged and attentive.

The studio offers a great range of fitness and yoga classes and the instructors are all super passionate and knowledgeable! And I love the early morning options!!
