Lemon Tree Nails & Spa

Wasn't a terrible experience but wasn't great. Went in with a photo of what I wanted, a black ombre in stiletto. He told to wait a moment and he will see if he can do it. Then he proceeded to do the nails not really asking me if I liked it anymore once he started with the black acrylic. He finished the nails without really asking me anything else throughout the process then I paid but wanted to be nice because I felt he did his best although I wasn't happy and still gave him a 12$ tip. So today it was bothering me and its been less than 24 hours so I call and ask if he can fix them which he said yes so I went in and agreed to do a simpler just black and I asked for a white crescent moon to be painted on but he then looked through his supplies and offered some silvery ones he had. No mention of any charge. I said ok I like them so he put them on then as I think my appointment is done tells me it's 5.25$ for 2 tiny little moons that he bent. Oh and the debit machine doesn't allow you to choose no tip as I've already given a pretty big tip for not what I wanted it felt very unsettling to ask for another tip. Like I said wasn't a horrible experience but I probably won't go back as I didn't expect to get charged for something he admitted was hard and didn't work.

Love my gel nails and the design!! The barriers they put up for covid-19 prevention are great, feel safe coming here.

I am an OCD nail queen, and Lam is a nail GOD! I've done acrylics for years and ONLY trust him to make them perfect. Give that guy a raise cuz he is more than worth it. Thank you Lam!💅💞
