I have had a blast with my time at CrossFit Constant Conditioning and I am sad to go. I can not thank them enough for the support and help in my recovery process for my back injury. I am not sure I would have been motivated enough to continue working on the recovery if it wasn't for Erick being so accommodating. They were able to adjust every work out to my level at the time. When I first did my orientation with Erick and Melissa in Dec 2019 I was intimidated by doing the work outs with a 15lb barbell. Less than 7 months after my disc injury I was able to hit my max weight of 70lbs! I can not express enough gratitude for their patience and open arms on the days I was able to attend even if my rest & recovery period was a week. If (and when) I move back to the valley I look forward to getting another membership with your gym!

This gym is so welcoming. The coaches and members are super encouraging and there's a great sense of community. I was very much a beginner but didn't feel intimidated at all as the workouts can be modified to fit your fitness level while still remaining challenging. I've only been doing Crossfit for a few weeks now but am already starting to notice improved strength and endurance and it's only the beginning... To anyone on the fence about trying it out, don't wait any longer! You'll love it.

I have been going here for the last five months and I have never felt better. Being a complete beginner at CrossFit and in terrible shape I was convinced I would not be able to do CrossFit. Well Melissa and Eric have shown how wrong I was! Each week that passes I am achieving new goals, losing more weight, and feeling so much happier! The Trainers are very focused on making sure you learn the movements properly so you can achieve your goals! Thank you CrossFit Constant conditioning, and thank you to such a fun supportive community of members that cheer you on and support you in your goals!

A welcoming, supportive atmosphere with challenging workouts (yet scalable for every fitness level, so don't be afraid to try it out!). The gym is large and clean with knowledgable, patient coaches that are fun and dedicated to helping you achieve whatever goal you might have.

A great place to get your sweat on. Coaches Melissa and Eric are super friendly and helpful. Everyone else that go's to the gym is really encouraging. If you are looking at making your first steps into working out or a crossfit superstar you will feel at home here!
