The Studio Comox Valley

This studio has quickly become my favourite place to practice. The special week rate that they have really gives you a feel for each class (try hot yoga, don't be afraid child) and the teachers that they have. Everyone is so friendly, happy and helpful. Precautions taken for Covid are closely followed ensuring our safety. The online scheduling system is very user friendly and allows you to have reoccurring bookings so you don't miss out on classes that fit your schedule!

I was so excited to see that the Studio was open, but was wondering how it would feel to be there and if I would feel comfortable due to Covid-19. I have done 4 classes this week and it is just amazing.!! They have totally changed the layout of the studio so it is much easier to maintain social distancing and the protocols they have in place for cleaning are very thorough. I appreciate the way they have marked the floor and barre so that I can easily see where I can be in the room and still maintain physical distancing. I feel very safe, comfortable, and welcome. It feels so good to be back practicing and to see familiar faces. I strongly urge you to come and try out a class. Noani

Loving taking classes here! I have been taking Warm Yin and it's such a nice stretch. Relaxing, dimmed lighting, soft music and poses that you can really sink into. Great structure and always space to fit in our mats. Clean and comfortable change rooms, lounge space and a great retail selection if you need to stock up on yoga supplies.

The conditions at The Studio are just right! Friendly, approachable, and fun staff and instructors, clean facilities, and the perfect temperature and humidity for heated classes. The cold and fresh essential oil towels given out after heated class are the icing on the cake. Just love this place!

I signed up for the 7 day intro and was amazed at how great I felt after each class I took. Each instructor brought a unique style to the class but all were great. After years of tightness in my hips and shoulders and some other injuries that have been bothering me, I finally start to feel better. Thank you so much!!
