Holy Cow Yoga Studio

My first session of Hatha meditation left me feeling so peaceful and aligned. I can't wait to see what other classes are offered

💓 I love this this studio as a student and a teacher. Joyce is a very kind and compassionate person. Her classes are always clear with instruction and providing modifications. She has a bigger mission to bring yoga to heal people, she takes good care of all who come. I am happy to know her.

I'll be honest, I teach yoga at this studio, BUT this review isn't about the studio. It is about the 9am Women's fitness class that Joyce does Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It's a dynamic mix of free weights, cardio, balance and sweat. I'm in pretty darn good shape, and I am feeling THIS MORNING'S workout so much at this moment that I am actually a little worried about how I may feel tomorrow. I run, I teach yoga, and I am sore. I also push myself hard when I am in the zone, so if you are like me, and you attend one of these classes go easy on yourself. I LOVE this class and I can't wait to see my progress. Thanks Joyce!

Joyce is so considerate of my physical blocks and shows alternate ways to do her classes with alternative movements. An amazing instructor and person! I highly recommend Holy Cow Yoga Studio
