Eden Therapy RMT Massage Acupuncture Yoga Pilates

I had two massages from Owen, an RMT at Eden Therapy. I am a cyclist and appreciate a muscle flush, especially in my legs after a hard ride. I feel like a pro rider even if I am only an aging amateur! Owen is awesome. I've had many massages over the years, but his were the best. Honestly, I have been reticent to have male RMTs work on me in the past. I'm not sure why that is the case, but I have completely dropped that bias. There is something about the extra weight of male RMTs and the larger hands that feel less "pokey" and more deep. I will definitely be back!

I’m so happy to have found Eden Therapy. The combined massage and movement therapy treatments have made a huge difference in my wellbeing. I feel so much more looser and am able to move more freely without pain. The treatment rooms are immaculate, lovely and tranquil. I especially appreciate being able to use a Pilates Transformer for some of the movement sessions.

Owen is a fantastic RMT. I knew my physical health would be improved, but was pleasantly surprised when my mental health improved as well. Massage has helped me to feel good in my skin again every time I leave an appointment I feel like a new person.

Wonderful, professional massage! Highly recommend Owen who is a skilled therapist- saw him for a lower back strain and he helped a lot. Rest of the massage was relaxing and therapeutic!
