Never even got pass the phone with this man he became very rude. His customer service skills where disgusting. Maybe he should take a course to learn to deal with the general public. I personally would not recommend this company.

Calling around this morning to find anyone who could help with a move when my original mover fell through. Received call back from Courtenay Transfer and before I could explain the job was interrupted and implied my job was too small (two pieces) and not enough notice etc. I couldn’t get a word in so I gave up. Me: “If you’re not interested then I guess we can end the conversation now.” Courtenay Transfer: “F### you, you f###ing h0m0.” Click. Me: “Wow.” Am I being punked?

They where horrible on the phone the man was very rude and abrupt. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

This team of movers is excellent this spring they did two moves for me , service was great. The guys did not leave a scratch or mark of any kind on my newly painted home. I found nothing broken or damaged , would recommend this business for sure 10 out of 10 score from me. Thanks guys.

Moved from Courtenay to Salt Spring, two trucks, two days packing and one unpack. Great job, very professional movers. Packed all of our stuff, nothing damaged or broken. On time and no surprises, would highly recommend. Price was also 40% less than the competitors.
