poor ethics, i brought in my new dodge ram for new winters, left 45 minutes later(fast service), got home and noticed center cap on rear wheel was missing. called shop and they said oh ya, the tabs on it broke(brand new truck!)they let me leave without telling me what happened, hoping i wouldn't notice?i went back and picked it up, was told thats going to cost me a pretty penny!!! i will not be bringing my business there again.the one star rating is a joke!
