Needed a key cut for my son’s car. Old bmw. Couldn’t get one any where. Took a shot in the dark with this place and they were great. Couldn’t guarantee the copy would work but made us one anyways. Didn’t charge us for the one key. When we got home to try it. It worked like a charm. Excellent service will go back and get more copies made!

I purchased two key fobs for my car and brought them to Kildonan Lock to be cut. The customer service was excellent. Very friendly and quick service. The keys worked great. I highly recommend them.

These guys went above and beyond to help me out and provided fantastic service at a VERY reasonable price. While I was in their shop waiting for them to complete my work, numerous other people came in and they were all provided very professional service. Even though some made it clear that they were not buying anything but just had some questions, these folks took all the time necessary to provide options or explain in great detail to these customers exactly what they needed, knowing full well that there was not going to be any sale of any sort. I would not hesitate for a second, and fully intend, to give these fine folks all my future lock/key business.

Fantastic, quick, and friendly service. I walked in to see about getting a broken key removed from a lock on my car. The job was done within about 20 minutes and at an extremely fair rate. Everyone there seemed very friendly and it was an overall great experience.

Programmed a couple of key fobs for my 12 year old Town and Country, quick friendly service at a great price, They even diagnosed and replaced a bad battery in one of the fobs. Very happy with my experience there.
