Friendly service. I came in for a key fob repair and although it seems to be kaput, the staff was very helpful and friendly. They offered me some alternative solutions. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Great little shop.

I purchased two 🔑's on two separate occasions from Canadian Tire and they both broke in the door, first turn 😕 I searched for a locksmith and Jacob's came up first on the list. I purchased three 🔑s. All were cut in under 5 minutes. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. No issues with the keys 😊 Thank you!

Very knowledgeable and friendly. I needed a small part for my lock and he pulled it off the shelf, gave it to me and told me to have a great day without even charging me. I would have gladly paid at least SOMETHING for the part instead of replacing a $300 lockset. These guys seem to have everything lock-related. Keep up the great work! I'm a forever customer for sure.
