Well RBC your customer service needs some work. Not only did u lock me out of my own account...... when I called and answered the 20 questions you asked about MY spending activity - you basically told me I was a fraud and a liar and needed to go in branch to prove I am who I am so I can have access to MY MONEY ....that you decided I should not be able to access. Good thing I deal with Scotia bank as well...maybe you could learn a thing or two about their customer service.
