Great workout, no scheduled classes, good hours. Staff is friendly and location is very clean. Encouraging workout plans and progress tracking. More expensive than other options, but get more out of the value

1.5 years ago I walked into 9round with ZERO gym/athletic education. I was looking for a new hobby that would be fun & also fit into my very busy retail work schedule, while contributing to my new healthier lifestyle - 9round gave me ALL of these things, including a fitness family that offered athletic knowledge & confidence to help me build a strong passion out of my new hobby. I feel very comfortable & excited for my workouts at 9round everytime I step in the door. Along with building up my physical strength, I’ve also built some great friendships!! Thanks 9round for the support & I can’t wait to see what the future holds! 🤗

Absolutely love this place. The workouts are awesome, energetic and always different. The owner and staff are super fun and motivate you to keep going. I have been to many gyms over the years and this is by far the BEST!!

I highly recommend giving this place a try! Booking a free trial session is super easy through their website, just do it! The fellow that guided me through the circuit today explained each station/step really well. Those of you who are already in good shape will get an excellent workout- they change up their routines so you're always doing something different. If you're like me (gets out of breath from stairs), it will be super intense but you will feel empowered during and after your workout. If you feel shy about working in front of others, you don't have to be here! Everyone is super focused on doing their own thing.

This is the most amazing 30 minutes of my day! Mike and his team know how to push you and keep you motivated right from beginning to end. The fact that they take the time to know you on a personal level, talk to you about your achievements and goals, is really warming. It makes a difference and makes it easier to keep pushing when you know that someone else cares and thinks that you matter.
