Went to see Ken Greenhalgh today. Made me feel like my situation was not important . The people saying you feel low class there are right. I felt like I was a nobody. I read the reviews before I went. Should of paid attention to them. I felt worse leaving there than I did going there. Made me feel hopeless.

Reception is rude and abrupt. Lawyers take forever to respond and act like they are judge and jury instead of providing a quality service.

Thank you for the response, I did not expect "go to your TD branch to straighten out your concerns directly with them." coming from your office, after very specifically stating that one loan was not secured and that they would need to prove to the lawyer's office handling this that it was secured. I could have gotten this type of service from any shmuck lawyers office and expected a higher lever of professionalism from yours, I guess I was wrong. Regards Do not contact us again
