Not a reliable office, and extremely rude. Real experience not a story, i was doing a real-estate transfer(hydro, electric, title and etc) through their office. At first they provide me with a quote that have everything included, which both parties have agreed on. During the transfer process, they suddenly decided to add additional charges out of no where. I called in to the office to ask questions about this, and the front task lady Judy (i think) was extremely rude, and aggressive. She kept hung up on me, and threatening me the consequence if i don't pay their office on time. I wasn't happy but i paid. In the end i was charged double what they have quote it for. Please reconsider before you decide to work with them, no one should be treated like that.
