Serrure Plus

I called them to fix my home door lock (that was bought from them few years ago) and they told me the lock is bad, not sold anymore and can’t be fixed. They sold me another "La forge" lock and charged me 25$ for the lock and 100-150$ for the “emergency” visit. Few weeks after, the lock is stuck and the key can’t go into the keyhole. I went to their store “not to pay another emergency visit” and they told me it is normal in the winter and I should use a product to melt the ice inside the lock. I tried many products and nothing worked. Now in the spring and still the lock is always 100% of the time stuck!! Completely useless. I went to Canadian tire and bought literally the cheapest lock (about 20$) then I installed it myself (took 5 min) and is working perfectly. Obviously they sold me a used broken lock. I will never seek their help again, not to be ripped off twice. Not recommended.
