It's always good to find out the history of your new community. The little Stewiacke Valley Museum is full of big historical stories ... be sure to check out the Ann Swan display and ask about the history of one of the area's last horse drawn hearses. Learn about the recent history of the decorative paintings on local barns and, if you're a member of the community, you can get the history of your own address!

A great place. There is a small collection of genealogy info for the local area that is interesting, including a large collection of photos of local families. The museum has a glass boxed hearse wagon which is pretty cool too.
