I cannot say enough GREAT things about Dr. Rob, his associates and staff. We have been clients of the Creston Vet. Hosp. for almost 10 years now. They have ALWAYS been there for me when I need them - day, night, weekends or holidays. I get detailed quotes before any major work and I can ask questions about anything on the quote. My concerns about medical details are always answered so I am completely satisfied and I understand clearly before I make any decisions. Dr. Rob works closely with the local animal shelter and his compassion and care is the same as if they are his own animals. In the community and extended areas, he has literally used his own money to help countless animals in need. The professional staff and technicians are incredibly well trained, thorough and compassionate. I also appreciate that when I have had to make the tough decision to have my pets put to sleep (I tend to adopt older animals from the shelters), I know that every effort has been made to save them first -every option explained. The understanding and gentle hearts at this clinic FAR exceed many other clinics I have checked in the past. I appreciate that Dr. Rob brings in other veterinarians so that someone is always available in an emergency (techs, too). I could tell of MANY incidents where this clinic has shined brightly! Our community is BLESSED to have Creston Vet. Hosp. located within it!

New to Creston, and had to have a procedure for my cat, the staff were very friendly and they arranged to have it done same day. No problems after procedure was done and I appreciated the follow up done by the staff. Took very good care of my 13 yo buddy, Thanks

Dr Julie and Katelyn took such good care of my Chewy. I had to bring Chewy in on an emergency and Dr Julie and Katelyn where so friendly and made me feel so comfortable and I just felt so confident on the Care that he was getting. Thank you so so much😄

Dr Rob and his team of competent Vets and Techs are great! From braving snow and mud for farm calls, to easing fears over the phone after hours, they go the extra mile. And, of course, in the clinic the girls up front are great, and service is second to none!
