Ive been seeing Maria for pelvic Floor physio since after having my son with a 3C tear. She's awesome and makes you feel super comfortable. So glad I found her!

Was in an car accident in August 2019! I’ve been treated by Chantelle for physio since and Nicole for massage therapy. Both of these woman are wonderful and very easy going. Chantelle makes things very easy to follow at home and loves to see that her patients are making progress. Nicole listens to all your needs and focus her energy where ever is needed whether it’s one area or the whole body! Both of these ladies I would recommend if your looking for great physio or massage. Thank you both for making a horrible experience as easy as possible; and for making me feel like a human not just a number of patients treated.

After two knee surgeries and now arthritis in the knee and toe with occasional swelling of the ankle, I tried many techniques to get more mobility and ease the pain. After going to see Dr. David Braha (Osteopath) the mobility of my knee, swelling in the ankle has worked beyond my expectations and has given me overall relief to keep me going. I would recommend him to anyone dealing with joint pain.
