Invati Yoga & Wellness

Invati is such a great addition to Lake Country! I've attended many different class styles with different instructors and all are really wonderful! The studio is always so welcoming with friendly staff and the smoothie bar next door is awesome! I would definitely recommend this studio for the new or experienced yogi!

The facilities (studios and change rooms) are well set up but I am most impressed with the instructors and the classes. The instructors are all friendly and welcoming and the classes are a nice mix of strengthening, balance and flexibility/stretching. The instructors add emphasis on breathing and other meditation techniques but are not "over-the-top". My mood is better, my body feels better (my back problems have all but disappeared) and I have enjoyed all the classes I've attended.

Welcome to Lake Country! Its truly a gift to have this Yoga and Wellness Studio in our community. I have taken in a number of classes now offering different styles/instructors.....All have been AMAZING. If you get the chance, take in a few classes. You will be happy that you made the time!
