I contacted Euro parts due to my washer stopping at 1 minute after the wash cycle and staying there endlessly. After 3 weeks and no one contacting me for repairs and me trying everything to get my wash out, I finally managed to open the door to the washer on my door. I had even switched to their laundry preferred soap - Persil - and was still having problems. I would not recommend this company for any repairs.

I needed my Liebherr fridge door fixed and Jurgen from Euro-Parts came to service it. He was so competent, friendly and able to answer any additional questions that I had. I also just bought a Smeg speed oven for our small kitchenette. from Euro-parts and was assisted by Hauke. We appreciated his professionalism and honesty in our purchase. Incredible service. Timely response to our initial query. We then got to speak to a real human, with our voice and ears, when they had some follow-up troubleshooting to do. They continued to communicate effectively throughout the entire process. In the end, we got our issue resolved in the most expedient and pleasant fashion we could have asked for. I have been having an ongoing problem with the power button on my AEG dishwasher. I called and spoke to Terra who was able to find out the information required regarding a replacement button. I have never had such wonderful service - she was fantastic!! Congratulations Terra

Just a note to thank you and SMEG for the efficient and quick response to the issues I had with a brand new SMEG toaster. The replacement unit just arrived today. I will put it into action tomorrow.
