Essential Yoga Studio

My favorite time of day is the hour I spend with Essential Yoga Studio (now on zoom). I'm sure my friends and family get sick of hearing about how much I love my yoga practise but it's an hour of me time that can be hard to come by. An hour you don't have to be a mom, wife, helper, worker, worrier or anything to anyone. It has strengthened and toned my body and my mind. Whether you are struggling through this pandemic or enjoying it, I highly recommend joining zoom yoga. I would love to see family and friends from everywhere join in!

I love this studio! The vibe is always amazing. It is a little sanctuary to come and recharge your mind and body. All the instructors are very knowledgeable and there is such a wide variety of classes, always something new to keep you interested! Highly recommended 👍

We love this place! Great staff. Relaxed space. It's a must for an awesome stretch after skiing or hiking, or simply a much needed way to stay focused and fit.

Awesome community, great teachers, and variety of different classes. There are options for all levels of yoga practice, and it is a place where everyone is welcome. I have noticed a definite increase in flexibility and coordination since I started yoga. This is a great place to explore the different types of yoga and get a solid foundation for your practice.

Essential Yoga Studio is a must. The variety of classes and instructors is phenomenal. I cant say enough about them. When I was new to yoga and now that I have some experience I have always felt comfortable, welcomed, challenged and increasingly stronger, calmer and happier.
