Great yoga studio! Instructors are motivating and professional. So happy to have such a fabulous place to practice Bikram on the north shore.

Very professional I feel confortable, helped with no pressure Nice atmosphere I go even in the summer Worth taking time off for me and my body. Good teachers!!! (Very important! ) they invite you to take care of yourself with a smile I highly recommend this place!

I hurt myself the first time I did it, even though I have done a lot of yoga before. It is a very military form of yoga, the teacher will push you to do more and more rather than to help you focusing on your breathing and a peaceful mind. Also, they speak very fast which makes it very hard to understand the instructions. I started to like it only after a few classes, but be very careful not to hurt oneself.
