I had a membership here for 1 year and I went to a lot of the classes but I did not renew my membership because even though the classes were good, they were packed full. It was hard to find a spot and sometimes it was standing room only. Packed like sardines in a small can! The gym itself is also pretty small and even though it has a wide range of machines, for most of them they have just 1 of each. However, it's a very clean gym.

Best female only health club in North Shore. Impeccably clean, excellent knowledgeable staff who delight the members. It's Disney World for discerning clientele. They know your name and always have a warm smile. Very professional.
