Great heavy duty equipment. Not like the garbage new precor stuff in their new locations. Heavy stacks and good barbells.
People like Melissa Boivin should not be a manager. Ive tried contacting this gym since September by phone and email since September to cancel my membership multiple times however no one ever answers the phone. The gym has been closed for almost 2 months by law in Quebec, however, the gym continues to charge their clients. I don't understand how this is fair and a good service provided to their customers. When the manager Melissa Boivin reached out in November; after a 2 month wait, she showed no empathy and still not cannot answer the question why clients are being charged when their gyms are closed. Instead, in the email I have sent her, she completely ignored my question about the charges. A manager should be more professional and provide their clients better customer question. This is the 3rd time I am emailing the manager about my monthly charges, I really hope to get an answer.
Awful since the relaunch. Not 24h anymore which is one of their selling point even though the high traffic of individuals training at the same time. I'm waiting for my membership to finish and then I'll go to a competitor that offers 24h even post-covid (like EconoFitness).
EDIT : Awesome response from the team here, I'll raise from 1 star to 3 stars due to this and due to them telling the 24h will come back eventually

Post COVID, they've removed any way to contact them to cancel your membership on their Website. Calls aren't being answered either. Shady way of doing business.
