Great workouts!!! Jeff is a Great coach and I really recommend this school for serious individuals that want or need health benefits ...that being said very upbeat and patient with his classes 👍 I myself am feeling much better considering my condition Thank you FBC!

Best gym! The classes are always exciting and never repetitive. Jeff is full of energy and always pushes you to keep improving. Highly recommend!

Such a great experience at FBC. Jeff is extremely motivating and works hard to properly teach and train everyone. You can be sure to enjoy your workout and always finish a class with motivation to keep going!
