I love this gym! If you join at a late age, example; 12 years old, they will accept you and teach you the basics for level 1. The equipment is really good and the coaches are super nice!! We always do stretches at the beginning of the courses and we have water breaks in between each event.

Great place to practice gymnastics and trampoline. A big big thank you to Annie and all her team for the incredible efforts they put into the adapted gym !! It's so fantastic to want to involve children with difficulties. I take my hat off people like you. It's worth gold
The administration is 0! Communications is 0! They make parents move the bad day of the show by telling us that we were wrong! Yet I have the form with us and it is they who made the mistake! When it comes to infrastructure, at Collège St-Sacrement, we are like sardines in a corridor, where everyone goes, to change our children. But we have no choice to go .... it's the only place in the region !! The offer is rare, the demand is strong and the respect of the customer is absent !! Good day, Madam Director .......
