I can’t emphasize enough how professional and courteous this company was. I am extremely happy with the work that’s was performed. Employees were professional and attentive and always willing to help and answer any questions. Definitely worth every dollar spent. Extremely happy and highly recommend this company

Many problems during my interaction with this company and they should be expecting this review. Firstly, their estimator (Vincent) does not know how to do his job. He claims not to be a magician but one does not have to be a magician to quote a job as simple as roof installation. Between his first and second visit, the quoted price increases by 600$ only because he forgot to include the separator between my and neighbor's roof. On the day of the job, he needs another 400$ extra because his team found double shingles on some parts of the roof. I mean I thought you came to quote the job. Secondly, I was given false promises that the job would take place in the first week of October 2020 to get me to sign the quote . Once the first week of October arrived, the owner of the company (Brigitte) affirms that there is no such note on the quotation and the job could only take place in the final week of October 2020. That made me realize how word of mouth is not a thing anymore with such companies. Thirdly, I was explained the process of the job as such that once the roof is installed, an inspector from prestige will come after 2 weeks and inspect if the work was done properly and also install the flashing on the overhang at my entrance. I was so sure about this info since it was confirmed by the estimator, the owner, the roofer team, and even by the guy who came to collect the payment 2 days after the installation, . But when I called them after 2 weeks, I was told that it was optional (only prestige decides if they need to do it). In short, I am left with a work which is incomplete even after paying 6000$ for a roof installation on a semi-detached unit. I mean they left the flashings at my house but it was not in their scope of work to install it. I hope I wont jinx it but my only good take away from this whole thing is the team who actually did the work. or at least I tend to believe that they did a good job so far but who knows though. Only time will tell!

travaux très professionnel, ils ont ramassé tout leur déchet et sont partie comme si il n'avait jamais passé sauf que mon toit et mes gouttières étaient neuf . deux semaine plus tard J'ai reçus un inspecteur pour vérifier mes travaux pour être sûr que tout était fait sur le code de l'immobilier et le tout fournis par la compagnie toiture prestige . Bref, très bonne compagnie moi et ma conjointe somme très satisfait je vous les suggères.

Très satisfait des travaux de toitures qui ont été effectués chez moi. Équipe professionnelle. Le représentant m'a très bien expliqué comment allait se dérouler les travaux, explication des produits, garanties et contrat bien détaillé. Équipe de travail efficace et propre, travaux et ménage terminés en 2 jours. Je recommande à tous.

j'avais été référé par mon voisin qui était satisfait des travaux de prestige. Le représentant s'est présenté chez moi à l'heure et il était très sympathique et professionnel ( j'avais demandé 2 soumissions par des compétiteurs avant cela et les 2 couvreurs ne se sont même pas présenté ). Il a inspecté l'entre-toit en plus de faire la soumission pour la toiture ( par chance puisque la fan de ma salle de bain sortait directement dans le grenier ... Bref, ils ont su m'apporter service, conseil, confiance et qualité au niveau des produits et de l'installation. Hyper satisfait !
