Excellent job. They showed up early, between 6:30 and 7:00 AM and were finished and left by 11:15 AM. They took care to cover balconies with tarps and did a thorough job of cleaning up after. Hopefully, if the materials and workmanship was right, I should not see shingles coming apart in the future whenever we get high winds. Last contractor who did our roof did not do such a good job and we had to have costly repairs done several times over the years.

We had the roofs of 2 houses done in recent years and we were satisfied. I learned a few swear words that the employees exchanged between them with my windows open during the works, but without more inconvenience :). I just refer them to my neighbors .....

In 2014, this company redone my roof. In the contract, the gutter cleaning service is included following the roofing work. To my surprise, my gutters were overflowing a lot since 2015 (1 year after work) and I brought someone to clean it ... Shingles, shingle nails and other roofing items blocked my gutters. I didn't like the surprise or the way I was treated afterwards when I reported the matter. Good roof job maybe, but gutters were not an option. I suggest to anyone no matter the company (not only this one), make sure your gutters are cleaned after !!!!
