I had the worst day of my life. I had to put my best friend of 13 to sleep and walked in there bawling. They were so sweet, so empathetic. The technician was soft and put me at ease assuring me that she would be very delicate and that she loved animals and also if it was too tough on me, she would take care of everything. Also I'm anglophone and I've read some of the negative reviews. Well they're WRONG. I was treated with kindness and dignity. I think they're an awesome team!

Worst experience. Money hungry business overcharging with an arrogant and rude staff. Refuse to serve in English and always make you wait more than 30 min. Technicians especially treat you like dirt. Stay away!

Good professionals, good advices, fast service, but long waiting time for rendez-vous, and ... very expensive bill. Treatment sold double as if bought online. Prices need to be revised ASAP!

We have used this veterinary clinic for 30 years. They have taken care of our previous 2 dogs and continue to care for our current cat, dog & 11-wk old puppy. They have always shown great compassion & great health assessment and advice for our pets.
