I had an appointment with my dog on a Friday evening at 7pm. I waited 30 minutes and asked how much longer it would be as I was with my 3 year old son who was becoming inpatient. I was told they could not tell me because they were dealing with an emergency. I asked if the receptionist could find out because if it were another half an hour I would just re-schedule. She came back and told me they did not know. I understand there are emergencies, however, staff accordingly. It is not fair to those who make appointments in advance having to wait. Will not be coming back, and managed to find another vet. Horrible customer service, never even got an apology or a phone call apologizing for the wait. There seemed to be a few vets leaving when I got there, would have been nice if someone could have passed us given I'm sure I was the last appointment of the day .

This is a fantastic place. Have been going here for almost 50years. Great staff and service. Highly reccomend.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received. The vet was more than patient, took the time to explain everything and shows how passionate he is about what he does. He was gentle and caring towards my dog and offered multiple solutions. He also understands that people have budgets as well and sometimes dont have 3-4k to spend. He is very understanding and doesn't try to sell you random stuff that have nothing to do with your dogs condition. The service from the vet tech as well as the secretary was exceptional. They were very empathetic and understanding. The prices here are very reasonable. I needed a diagnosis for my dog and I finally got one here after 3 visits at a different vet. I strongly recommend this place for all pet owners. I had spent around 2 hours there getting help from the vet and staff.

Amazing service! My cat had no choice to get operated because she has a infected uterus, and they were so caring for my animal, they called to give up dates, they explained everything from a-z of what I should know
