Worst service I have ever had. No hot water was my intro. Then when it came to putting the polish, I asked for another pair of thongs (they attempted to put an old dirty pair on my feet). Instead of finding a solution, I was told that there was no VIP treatment. I was considering moving to another chair to continue on without thongs but with that response, no way, I was done. Serious hygiene issues and disrespectful owner (and I wasn't the only client in there that thought so). After a job half done, I wanted to pay for the services received. The owner attempted to charge me full price... I said there was no way that was going to happen. I have been going for manicures/pedicures for over 20yrs on a bi-weekly/monthly basis and never had that type of treatment. Shame on you for treating people that way and then having the nerve to tell me not to come back, you couldn't pay me to do so. Karma big man. I was told by the client next to me that she knows a better place nearby that is ace. I wouldn't even have given one star.

Horrible experience. Staff are polite except the one and only man working there. I am calling him out specifically because he gave my friend and I a very hard time when we asked for acrylic nail refills despite it being advertised on not only their website, but on the poster outside the store. I had asked to get my acrylic nail set refilled with a simple shellac paint and was willing to pay 40$ for it even though the actual price was 35$, yet the man who working there was screaming at us and saying that they only do gel and was arguing with us for over 15 minutes about how he thinks I have gel nails when in actuality, I had acrylic. He refused to apply acrylic powder to my nails even after taking the acrylic product out to show me the difference between the two, meaning they clearly have it in their salon and know EXACTLY what I was talking about. And also claimed that they "only apply shellac on top of natural nails and not on top of fake nails." Which is a load of B.S. Normally I would understand the circumstances as a client if they didn't carry the acrylic powder in store, but it was ADVERTISED outside the salon. I had called the store in advance before driving out 30 minutes just to make sure, and the gentleman working confirmed they do acrylic refills over the phone. Once arriving, he claimed to not know what I was talking about despite being the ONLY man working there, meaning it was him I had spoken to on the phone prior to showing up. Acrylic refills take not only HALF the time, but I was willing to pay 15$ OVER the price of re-doing a full set! All in all; Awful experience. Terrible customer service and being told to "get the hell out" for giving him business is unacceptable. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would, but sadly there is no option. In the end, both my friend and I didn't get anything done whatsoever because we felt so uncomfortable with him being this rude to us for simply asking for half the work for double the price. For the record, in Montreal, acrylic refills cost roughly 25$. I was willing to pay 40$. Thank you.

Really disgusting people ! Beware dirty place , really mean workers they are expensive only take cash and invent prices . They tell u to come by phone and when u come sometimes they say no more place . Extremely bad employees and u can judge by urself with the low reviews . 1 word : D I S G U S T I N G
