I am so disappointed with my experience when I got home I was told $ 50 for both I paid $ 95 because I was taking a pose and not a varnish so far ok no discount finally for having taken both services and in addition she me made the crookedest nails I've ever had in my life

Frankly disappointed with my experience. First of all I was told that there were transparent nails when there were none. Then my technician gave me a much shorter nail length than I requested. She did not take the time to make sure all my nails are the same length or even fit! Even after asking him to file my nails again there was no improvement! In addition they charge the price of gel while they have only acrylic! I have to file my nails to be of a definite shape. My nails were made in 45 minutes, which is abnormal for a nail application. Honestly, if I could give 0 stars, I would. I regret not waiting for my technician in Montreal and coming to this incompetent show. First, I asked for my nails to be long, and no way. Then I looked at the gloves of my technician and it was YELLOW, with lots of holes. Really not hygienic. It took me 45 minutes to make a full "gel" pose, believe me, this is not the first time I'm doing my nails, and she has not taken the time to even out my nails. I asked for a coffin shape, not round or oval or half round square half. In addition, she did not even put basic varnish. She judged me because my nails were too long for her taste, but I pay her to do what I want. There were no pets, but if you look at the pictures, there is some pile on the nail. Do not come to this show !!!
