To the reader, I preface these comments by saying I rarely provide online references, almost never in fact. This is our second move with Arrowsmith Moving and Storage. Our experience with both moves has been excellent, from quote to completion. The crews provided to protect, load and unload has been truly outstanding. The crews have been professional in all aspects of their performance, treating us with friendly respect and our belongings with the care I am sure they would provide their own possessions. The work was carried out efficiently and quickly while protecting both the house and the items being moved. So in summary, professional, on time, respectful of people and property and very easy to deal with from quote to completion. I have already recommended this company to all my family and friends, you should give them a call too.

We used Arrowsmith Moving for a move between locations on Vancouver Island. The movers arrived on time and were very pleasant to deal with. They wrapped all of our belongings well and nothing was damaged during transport. They arrived at our new home in great time after loading up and the unload process was quick and painless as well. When we contacted them originally to get an estimate, we got a response very quickly and it was the cheapest of the three companies we reached out to. All the staff we dealt with from Arrowsmith were excellent. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

We moved from Cedar back to the Sunshine Coast last summer - this move involved two ferries each way. Our realtor recommended Arrowsmith and we were pleased with their quote so hired them. Our move was seamless. The truck they provided was more than large enough, and our moving team were friendly, helpful and very efficient...everything went very quickly. We would absolutely use them again if we still lived on the Island.

I used Arrowsmith to move within Qualicum Beach. There was a need as well to store my furniture for a month. They made the move much easier than it might have otherwise been. They actually accidentally dropped my move from their books when they were coming to pick it up. Once they realized what happened they regrouped and although they didn’t arrive until 3:00 rather than the scheduled 9:00 they sent more people and had the truck loaded on under three hours. They were very apologetic and worked hard to get it done on the correct day. My furniture was not moved off the truck so less handling and absolutely no damage. Unloading my belongings at the new location went perfectly smooth. They also came back to house after the move to pick up all the boxes and packing paper. All of the staff were pleasant, professional, and very flexible. I would definitely use them again.
