very professional notary and that takes time. We did business with her for the purchase of our first house and I have been referring to it ever since. She explains things simply. We could ask him any questions we had. Impeccable service!

Very disappointing and frustrating experience. A file that should have been simple to manage, but which ultimately stretched in length and decisions that were made without validating with its customers, announcements at the last second and all without counting that it loads for every little detail. We learned just before the signing that the land had easements that went against our negotiations during the promise to purchase. During the first meetings, we discussed taxes, our accountant and our real estate agent had previously confirmed to both of us that we should not pay taxes, but we were told that we had to pay them. So we arranged for the funding to be able to pay these taxes. We have transferred the amount including taxes as requested. When we got to the signing day, when we read the bill of sale, we learn that ultimately we don't have to pay the taxes. It took her several minutes to admit her mistake. She even told us that we had to be more attentive and responsible for our file and that this error would not have happened if we had taken the time to validate the figures.

As a real estate broker, I have sometimes dealt with Maître Eugenie Sauriol. Each time, my clients were more than satisfied. A young notary who does not spare explanations if necessary. We can only appreciate him for his good work and his kindness. I highly recommend it.
