Very rude and unhelpful women have served me in the past. But this review is for the girl who served me today! Kirstyn was so nice and helpful and didn't make me feel like an idiot like the past workers. Thanks a bunch Kirstyn! :)

Just stopped by here to pick up one of my Christmas presents I purchased off of Amazon with my prime. So the package should have been left at the door with the rest of the order... then because I am a student, my address on my drivers license doesn’t match the address of where I get my mail shipped... so Jackie refused to give me my package despite me having the pick up slip with my full name, my order number and a piece of ID again with my full name. I have collected packages from Nanaimo, parksville, grande prairie and Courtney with only pick up slip and drivers license or even the new bc health card and have had absolutely NO issue. Jackie was rude right away and was giving off the ‘it’s not my job’ tone. I will be calling to speak to the management at this branch as well as Canada posts customer services. This experience was completely avoidable and disrespectful to their customers, which they should be especially concerned about during this particular period in time. So just another reason not to trust or use Canada post.
