always on time

Just a quick comment to all those parents that are concerned with their kids going to school during covid. A friendly FYI they are not distancing in public, in fact they are so disruptive and shameful in their behavior on the public train ( where other members of society also travel to and from on) that I am contemplating taking my car an sitting in 2 hours of traffic rather than listen to the savage yelling and rough housing every evening on the 3:15 train. From a transport perspective... How can you allow this behavior to disrupt entire train cars of paying clients?? The school board has not paid for this service as a dedicated mode of transport for these out of control teens so why am I paying to ride a "school" bus??? Awful. Bring out inspectors on these trains that run after school.... Please do something.

Great service even on weekends

Most of the time, service is as expected. But when something happens, don't expect any kind of measure to be put in place to minimize impact on customers. We're talking canceled trips and having to wait for another hour. Edit: Now 1 star because it seems they can't handle cold temperatures... Always have a plan B people.
