My wife and I are member of EconoFitness for years and to this gym since a year. It had been some time that we could not come to the gym because of time constraints. Today, as a resolution for the New year we committed that we will go to gym on regular basis and we better start today. We came and unlucky that I forgot my Key Pass. The employee (Antonio) asked for my name. He checked on the system and said this time included it is my second time in the course of one year membership that I have forgotten key. So he denies the service and does not allow me to train. The gym takes the photo for identification and I offered a piece of ID to identify me. He refused saying "he is doing his job". I understand if they want to avoid incurring regular habit from members, but if that is what gym owner and managers instruct to refuse service if a member has forgotten just once before. I say it is Horrible and they better revaluate their procedures.

Ive tried over 10 econofitness across Québec and I love the configuration of this one. The staff is always smiling and polite!

They took two payments too many and one of those payments was not even close to the payment date. They will not respond to my emails, yes I wrote them in French (of course). NEVER again will I sign up with them.
