Following a quick response and visit for an expansion project, Radio silence .... no response after several follow-ups ... Appointment made on June 25 for a visit on July 1. July 1, visit and send documents ... July 7 followed ... nothing July 24 followed ...... nothing

Called three times and also sent e-mails. I did not receive a return call ... After the third e-mail they responded by "Please call us after 9:00 AM". Good luck after you have paid for work to be done and you keep calling them asking when the work will be completed and they do not respond !!! I called three times and sent three emails and never received a call or response. After my third email here is what I received as a "call us after 9:00 AM" email. It doesn't look good when you need to run after a contractor. Good luck if you have paid for work and you ask when the work will be completed and they do not answer you !!!
