Had a great ride...wifi can be a bit faster..good service ..comfy chairs

Edit: I must have thought it was asking me about the Cornwall Station. Coteaux has no seating or building. Tickets must be booked online ahead of time to ensure the train stops and there is minimal service times. Still, the staff is courteous when you are on the train. Original: Decent building with heating, washroom, vending machines, and plenty of seating. No staff present but the ticket kiosk includes a phone that connects you with a Via agent.

Not enough starts, no waiting room or even sitting benches.
