Canada Post

I've called this post office twice in the span of almost a year about simple inquiries and both times one of the most rude ladies I've ever dealt with answered the phone. I just asked simple questions and each time she gets annoyed by me and then has a mad/sarcastic attitude for no reason. I honestly don't understand how she still works there. If you can use the other post office in Summerland (in Pharmasave) then use it. The service at that location has always been very professional in my experiences.

Went to the post office today to mail a letter and the 2 lady's there were very rude. Worst experience I have ever had at a post office. They weren't very helpful and were extremely rude.

It's a post office. Ran into an issue regarding signing for a package addressed to me. The problem was not an explicit fault of the post office, however, staff could have been more accommodating.
